As a resident of Saratoga Springs for 17 years, with a second residence on 15 acres in Washington County and a lakefront cabin in the Adirondacks, it’s easy to see why Gerry became involved in Real Estate. He loves houses of all shapes, sizes and styles. After a 25 year career in sales and management for major national breweries like Miller and Coors, Gerry decided to take his passion for real estate and combine it with his sales experience to begin the next phase of his profession. Starting as Director of Land Acquisition and Development for one of Saratoga Counties largest new home builders, Gerry converted sales, marketing and people skills honed in the beer business into useful tools for helping him provide the absolute best service to clients who are buying and selling real estate. Currently, Gerry represents award winning Bella Home Builders. Gerry is involved in many aspects of real estate including commercial and residential, and he is locally recognized as an expert in vacant land development. He balances the need for land for new homes and developments with the need for preserving farm land to meet local food needs. He does this by volunteering for such organizations as the Agricultural Stewardship Association, a non profit organization committed to preserving farmland in Washington and Rensselaer counties. Gerry also volunteers as a fundraiser for the United Way and the Ronald McDonald House. Gerry is a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a B.S. in communications, where he learned the importance of marketing and how to properly represent clientele in a positive and professional manner. Gerry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Capital Region Multiple Listing Service and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors.
